Pastor James is our visionary, missional leader who is committed to reaching, teaching, and serving the Willingboro community and beyond.  Pastor James has been graced to lead Delval Church in accomplishing the vision the Lord gave him to become a multi-site, multi-generational fellowship of believers.

Pastor James has a unique passion for discipling men and women to herald the Gospel with integrity, passion, and commitment.

Pastor James  holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Urban Ministry Geneva College, Beaver Falls, PA and Master of Divinity from Biblical Seminary in Hatfield Pa. Pastor Betner is also candidate for the Doctor of Ministry Degree at Biblical Theological Seminary.

Pastor James is married to First Lady Denise, and they are the parents of four adult children and  grandparents of eleven.

Fun Fact: Pastor James is lovingly referred to as Pop-Pop Pastor to many of the children of Delval.
